Microsonic Music™ warrants EPIC™ Musicians' Monitors against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of retail purchase. Microsonic Music™ will, at its option, replace, repair, modify or adjust EPIC™ Musicians' Monitors, or refund the purchase price, to ensure customer satisfaction. A customer shall have no other remedy for a breach of this limited warranty. Incidental and consequential damages from a breach of warranty are excluded. No registration is required to receive warranty benefits, but proof of purchase is required.

Cords and eartips, while warranted against defects in materials and workmanship, are subject to normal wear and tear, which is excluded from this limited warranty.

Damage to a Musicians Monitor that results from accident, improper use or neglect is excluded from this limited warranty. Should a product need to be returned to Microsonic Music™ under the terms of this warranty, please ship it securely packaged and prepaid with proof of purchase, inlcuding purchase price and date of purchase, to:

Because there is a risk of hearing loss or impairment from the improper use of Musicians' Monitors, including use at excessive decibel levels over short or extended periods of time, customers and other users are urged, before using this product, to review the information provided on this website and the wearer's guide that accompanies the product and comply with its instructions for safe use.
