PRINT TWO COPIES OF THIS PAGE. Take one copy, along with the card, to an authorized provider who will make impressions of your ears at no additional cost to you*. Keep the other copy for your records.
The provider will send the order and the impressions to Microsonic Music™ for manufacturing. Your EPIC™ Custom Musicians' Monitors should be shipped approximately 7-10 days after receipt in our Ambridge, PA lab.
* Impressions cannot be made of ears with excessive wax or exhibiting certain medical conditions. The provider will alert you to any potential problems, but it is your responsibility to have wax removed or medical conditions treated.
